• indexing of the South-East Queensland Roman Catholic Parish Registers.
   
• indexing of 'Hue and Cry,' the English Police Gazette, from 30 September 1797 to 1840, currently focusing on indexing the list of deserters
   
• recently completed a comprehensive index of all maps in the Society's library
   
• cataloging of all Society journals in the Library - State, National and International.
   
• Unrelated certificates - currently number over 2,500 which ave been indexed - continuing to index a further 1,000
