Join us for a fun look at what the mason has tucked away in that regalia case he seems to carry with him whenever he goes out. The case has lots of really good stuff including, certificates, booklets, directories and jewels along with an assortment of regalia. About the presenter
Rob Hamilton, married to Lee-Ann for forty plus years is the father to four children, grandfather to ten. Rob is from a long lineage of freemasons, beginning with his Great grandfather joining the lodge on the island of St Helena in 1816 whilst serving at the garrison guarding Napoleon. Since that time every generation have been members of the craft. All aspects of family are Rob Hamilton’s the first, of his passionate interests, followed closely by his church, genealogy, and Freemasonry in which he has been a master of a lodge on four occasions, and currently holds the rank of Past Grand Standard Bearer. An 18th-degree mason Rob is also a member in both the Victorian and English constituted lodges, a member of the Victorian lodge of research and current master of the Dutch Masonic study circle, Kring Niew Holland. Rob regularly conducts tutorials and seminars on all aspects of freemasonry and tracing family history.
