The Legacy User Group aims to offer mutual support to any member in using Legacy software in their family history research. It provides information and help to members in obtaining the best use of their investment in Legacy.
Membership is open to all financial members of the Society. No extra fees are applied, though a gold coin donation from members attending meetings is appreciated. Donations are used to purchase more computer-based resources for the Society.
The Group's members range from raw beginners to advanced Legacy users with extensive knowledge of the software and its use.
Meetings are held on the second Sunday of the odd months of the year, unless otherwise advertised. See the Events Calendar for further details.
The Resource Centre opens at 10:30am and closes at 2.30pm. The meeting starts at 1.00pm following the Family Tree Maker Group, and will usually run until 2.30pm.
No computer experience is required, and we can advise on associated topics such as buying a computer, and using the internet.
